Huge thanks to everyone who supported our successful fundraising events and activities – it was a lot of work over a long time, but we did it and we now have a beautiful, modern Village Hall to be proud of.
The total cost of the new hall plus the rebuilding of the party wall was £335,997.

The balance of £180,812 was raised by many generous donations from individuals and sheer hard work fundraising by the Committee and helpers over many years.
At 31/12/2018 there was £34,835 in the building fund left from the renovation of the front hall. So £145,867 was raised in 6.5 years – amazing for a small village community!
Fundraising continues – we still need to refresh the Old Hall and want to make sure we maintain and develop the facilities in both halls, for the benefits of the whole community.
